A bomb blast near the Turkish city of Shirnak has killed at least four people. A car bomb had exploded at an Iraqi police recruiting center at Kisak, west of Baghdad.
The provincial governor's office did not say who was involved in the blast. However, some sources say that the PKK, a Kurdish guerrilla group operating in Turkey, was involved in the blast.
The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a lorry carrying fuel oil, according to the Shirnak governor's office. The bodies have been kept at the hospital. An investigation into the blast has already begun.
